FAQ

What AI infrastructure requirements can I discuss with OneQode?

You can contact us about dedicated GPU capacity, compute, power, networking, location, and sovereignty requirements. We assess every project individually, and submitting an enquiry does not confirm availability or create a commitment to deliver.

Where can OneQode deploy AI infrastructure?

OneQode's current footprint includes locations across Asia-Pacific, Australia, and the United States. We can also assess other locations case by case, including private or sovereign deployments where feasible. Availability depends on local power, facilities, hardware, connectivity, regulation, sanctions, and sovereignty requirements.

How long does it take to reserve and deploy capacity?

Projects can often move from an initial discussion to a confirmed capacity reservation in under two weeks. Large-scale GPU deployments may require 16 weeks or more from order to live, depending on hardware, power, facilities, permits, and network delivery. Any timeline remains indicative until scope and commercial terms are agreed.

How quickly will OneQode respond to my enquiry?

OneQode usually responds to new enquiries within 24 hours. Response times can vary depending on the enquiry and when it is submitted, so this form should not be used for urgent operational support.

Where should existing customers request support?

For non-urgent help, choose General and then Support. For active incidents or time-sensitive operational issues, use the support channel agreed for your service or contact your account team.
