PR & Narrative Lead

tipo Full time ubicación Remote (APAC time zone preferred) horario Standard business hours fecha May 23, 2026

About the Role

OneQode needs someone who can make the market understand what we're building.

We operate across AI infrastructure, low-latency global networking, cloud sovereign technology, data centres, and large-scale deployment. Technical work, with a noisy market, and the story needs to be clear.

This role is for a writer, PR thinker, and narrative operator.

You will own how OneQode shows up across press, social, web, launches, partner announcements, customer-facing material, founder posts, blog content, landing pages, and sales-support copy.

Some of the work will be visible and public. Some of it will sit inside a webpage, a partner brief, a customer document, or a launch plan. All of it will shape how people understand OneQode.

And because we're heading into IPO territory, you'll have a story to tell.

This is a blank canvas for the right person to make a mark with.

We're not looking for a marketing manager who mostly coordinates other people. We're looking for someone who can do the work, prove capability, and then grow a world-class team around them.

You should be the kind of person who reads a company announcement and knows the headline should have been sharper. You look at a landing page and can see where the message goes soft. You notice vague claims. You know when a line needs proof. You understand that timing, cadence, and tone can change whether a story lands or disappears.

You don't need decades of experience. You do need strong taste, sharp writing, good judgment, curiosity, speed, and a real interest in how companies build influence.

What You Will Own

You will own the narrative and communications engine for OneQode, turning raw material into clear market momentum.

That raw material might come from a chat with a founder or team member, a technical discussion, a customer requirement, a product note, a partner update, a sales conversation, or a transcript full of half-formed ideas.

You will need to find the point, shape the story, check the facts, write the copy, and ship it.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and run the communications calendar across news, product launches, partner announcements, infrastructure updates, and customer stories.
  • Write press releases, blog posts, launch copy, LinkedIn/X posts, media briefs, partner-facing material, customer-facing material, webpage copy.
  • Find the story inside complex technical, commercial, and infrastructure work.
  • Build narratives around AI infrastructure, GPU deployments, sovereign cloud, neoclouds, low-latency networking, global digital infrastructure, and customer outcomes.
  • Work with founders, leadership, product, sales, engineering, and external partners.
  • Keep OneQode visible with a steady social and editorial cadence.
  • Build and maintain a library of facts, citations, claims, proof points, customer language, market references, and approved positioning.
  • Track what works across press, social, web, search, investor response, customer response, and partner engagement.

What Great Looks Like

  • You can sit in a technical conversation, ask good questions, and leave with the story.
  • You can take a rough transcript and turn it into a clear announcement.
  • You can write a LinkedIn post that sounds like a person, not a company pretending to be one.
  • You can write a press release that has a real angle.
  • You can write a landing page section that says something specific.
  • You can turn a product capability into a customer outcome.
  • You know the difference between a strong claim and a vague one.
  • You know when copy sounds impressive but says nothing.
  • You care about cadence. You understand that one good announcement is not enough.
  • You move quickly, but you do not treat accuracy as optional.

Outcome: mentions, citations, consistent brand awareness and visibility. Not all the real outcomes can be measured, and that's okay.

You May Be a Fit If

  • You are a strong writer with sharp editorial judgment.
  • You understand PR, social momentum, hooks, announcements, media angles, and narrative timing.
  • You can make complex technology clear.
  • You are comfortable writing about cloud, AI infrastructure, networking, data centres, GPUs, sovereignty, and enterprise technology.
  • You are curious enough to sit with engineers and keep asking questions until the story makes sense.
  • You can take rough notes, call transcripts, internal messages, and scattered ideas and turn them into polished external communication.
  • You can write for different surfaces: press, LinkedIn, website, blog, customer document, partner brief, and sales material.
  • You can operate without a large team, a perfect process, or constant supervision.
  • You have strong taste in headlines, structure, copy, and positioning.
  • You are comfortable working with founders and senior leaders who move quickly.

This Role Is Not for You If

  • You mainly want to manage agencies or delegate execution.
  • You need a complete brief before you can start writing.
  • You prefer planning cycles to shipping useful work.
  • You write generic copy.
  • You're uncomfortable with technical subjects.
  • You think social cadence means posting filler. We'd rather not post than post slop.
  • You see webpage copy as decoration rather than messaging.
  • You need a large brand team around you to do your best work.

Useful Experience

Experience in B2B technology, cloud, AI, infrastructure, telecommunications, cybersecurity, developer tools, data centres, or enterprise software would be useful.

PR, journalism, analyst relations, content strategy, copywriting, founder-led marketing, web copy, or strategic communications experience would also be useful.

We care more about ability than pedigree.

A small portfolio of excellent work matters more than a long CV of average work.
