About the Role
We are looking for a senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO and, over time, the wider executive team. The work is calendar, inbox, travel, meeting prep, follow-through and the moving pieces that keep a fast company on track.
Native-level English is essential. APAC time zone is preferred. The role starts focused on the CEO and expands from there.
Responsibilities
- Run the CEO's calendar, inbox triage, meeting prep and follow-up.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including complex multi-city itineraries.
- Liaise with customers, partners, investors and the wider team on the CEO's behalf.
- Own action items out of meetings until they are closed.
- Pick up administrative work for other executives as the role expands.
Required Skills and Experience
- Several years supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast-moving environment.
- Native or near-native English, written and spoken.
- Strong calendar, inbox and document hygiene. Nothing falls through the cracks.
- Comfortable working across time zones and reorganizing plans at short notice.
- Discreet. You will see commercial, financial and personnel detail every day.
