Marketing & Communications Lead

OneQode needs someone who can make the market understand what we're building.

We operate across AI infrastructure, low-latency global networking, sovereign cloud, data centers, and large-scale deployment. The work is technical, the market is noisy, and the story needs to be sharper than anyone else's.

This role is for a writer, PR thinker, and narrative operator, not a marketing manager who mostly coordinates other people. We're looking for someone who can do the work, prove capability, and grow a world-class team around them. And with OneQode heading into IPO territory, there's a real story to tell.

You'll run the narrative and communications engine for OneQode; press, social, web, launches, partner announcements, customer-facing material, founder posts, blog content, landing pages, and sales-support copy.

Raw material might arrive as a founder chat, a technical discussion, a customer requirement, or a transcript full of half-formed ideas. You find the point, shape the story, check the facts, write the copy, and ship it.

• Plan and run the communications calendar across news, launches, partner announcements, and customer stories.
• Write press releases, blog posts, launch copy, LinkedIn/X posts, media briefs, and customer- and partner-facing material.
• Build narratives around AI infrastructure, GPU deployments, sovereign cloud, neoclouds, and low-latency networking.
• Work directly with founders, leadership, product, sales, and engineering.
• Keep OneQode visible with a steady social and editorial cadence.
• Build and maintain a library of facts, proof points, customer language, and approved positioning.
• Track what's working across press, social, web, search, and partner engagement.

• You're a strong writer with sharp editorial judgment.
• You understand PR, social momentum, hooks, and narrative timing.
• You can make complex technology clear: cloud, AI infrastructure, networking, data centers, GPUs, sovereignty.
• You're curious enough to sit with engineers until the story makes sense.
• You can turn rough notes and transcripts into polished external communication.
• You write for press, LinkedIn, web, blog, and sales material with equal ease.
• You can operate without a large team or constant supervision.

• You mainly want to manage agencies or delegate execution.
• You need a complete brief before you can start writing.
• You think social cadence means posting filler. We'd rather not post than post slop.
• You need a large brand team around you to do your best work.
